dunny /'dʌni/

(countable noun) (informal) Usage note: This term is used by many speakers.

A toilet, or a small building that has a toilet in it. ‘Dunny’ is especially used for old, outside toilet buildings in basic country camping areas.

Example: At the top, her simple stone bungalow, its frame built from gum tree branches, is tucked away in the lush green grass. The outdoor, doorless dunny gives you a lovely view over the creek that flows beside the house. (http://www.australians.com.au/stories.html)
